Ingredients: Pork (95.8%, Salt, Fennel, Dextrose, Tellicherry Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Soft Brown Sugar, Preservative (Sodium Nitrate/Sodium Nitrite)

160g of pork is used to produce 100g of finished product.
