Meet Stephen and Rachael
We are the proud owners of over 60 (and growing!) Royal Mangalitsa pigs. This ancient breed of Hungarian woolly pig are now born, raised and now cured in the heart of Fermanagh, Northern Ireland to make this incredible artisan product available to buy locally.
Our vision is to produce high welfare pork and high quality charcuterie from this incredibly unique, heritage Royal Mangalita breed.
