‘Nduja, Cheese and Walnut Crostini

Ingredients

  • ‘nduja
  • Grated cheese
  • Walnuts
  • Basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Slice the baguette in pieces at an angle and grill/toast lightly on both sides
  2. Spread each slice with nduja and sprinkle with cheese and chopped walnuts
  3. Place under a pre-heated grill until the cheese melts and begins to colour
  4. Sprinkle with shredded basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
