Creamy ‘nduja Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • ¼ portion of ‘nduja
  • ¾ cup cream
  • 60g parmesan finely grated (extra to serve)
  • 1-1½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Black pepper and basil leaves to serve

Method

  1. Cook your pasta in a pot of well salted water
  2. Heat the ‘nduja in a separate pan
  3. Add the cream and whisk well to combine
  4. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine
  5. Add the parmesan, whisking well to make sure it has melted into the sauce
  6. Add your cooked pasta straight into the sauce and gently stir
  7. Serve with extra parmesan, a grind of black pepper and shredded basil leaves

Tip:  cream and lemon juice can be replaced with crème fraiche.
