Creamy ‘nduja Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- ¼ portion of ‘nduja
- ¾ cup cream
- 60g parmesan finely grated (extra to serve)
- 1-1½ tbsp lemon juice
- Black pepper and basil leaves to serve
Method
- Cook your pasta in a pot of well salted water
- Heat the ‘nduja in a separate pan
- Add the cream and whisk well to combine
- Add the lemon juice and stir to combine
- Add the parmesan, whisking well to make sure it has melted into the sauce
- Add your cooked pasta straight into the sauce and gently stir
- Serve with extra parmesan, a grind of black pepper and shredded basil leaves
Tip: cream and lemon juice can be replaced with crème fraiche.
